Parties and Scope

These terms form a binding agreement between Purelane ('the Company', 'we', 'us') and the individual or business booking dietary services ('the Client', 'you'). Our services comprise nutritional intake audits, personalised dietary planning, and dietary coaching. Purelane provides dietary and nutritional information only. Our practitioners are qualified nutrition advisors, not medical doctors. Our advice does not constitute medical diagnosis, daily routine, or prescription for illness.

Booking and Quotes

All appointments, audits, and home visits must be scheduled through our website request form, by email, or by telephone. Quotes provided via email or telephone remain valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issuance. A booking is confirmed once we issue a written confirmation note with an agreed appointment date and time. For certain home visits or family packages, confirmation is subject to receipt of the specified booking deposit.

Performance of the Work and Access to the Premises

Consultations will take place at the agreed clinic location, online via scheduled video link, or at the client's home address as arranged. For in-home pantry audits, the client agrees to provide safe, uninterrupted access to the kitchen, food storage areas, and standard domestic facilities for the scheduled duration of the session. The practitioner reserves the right to terminate an in-home visit if domestic conditions present a health or safety hazard.

Prices, Payment After Completion and Invoices

All prices are stated in British Pounds. Unless an advance deposit has been specified, payment is due immediately upon completion of the consultation or upon delivery of the written audit report. We accept payment exclusively by cash on completion or by bank transfer against an itemised invoice. We do not accept card payments, card terminals, or online payment links. Any corporate work agreed on 30-day terms must be paid via direct bank transfer.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty by notifying Purelane at least 24 hours before the booked time. Where notice is provided under 24 hours, any deposit paid is retained to cover preparation costs. If a client fails to attend a consultation without prior notice, the full consultation fee becomes payable. Purelane reserves the right to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen practitioner emergency, providing as much advance notice as possible.

Liability, Insurance and Complaints

Purelane maintains full professional indemnity and public liability insurance for all consultations and premises visits. We accept no liability for adverse reactions arising from a client failing to disclose known food allergies, medical diagnoses, or ongoing prescription medication. Any complaints regarding the quality of advice or report accuracy must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service delivery, and we commit to investigating and responding within seven business days.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from this agreement.
