We collect information you volunteer when filling in our consultation request form or speaking with us on the phone. This includes your name, telephone number, email address, general location, and any notes you provide regarding your dietary goals, food allergies, or medical context. We do not collect payment card numbers or banking passwords.
We process your personal details to respond to your enquiries, schedule consultation appointments, draft tailored nutritional audits, and issue invoices. The legal basis for processing this information is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, as well as our legitimate interest in operating an efficient local nutrition advisory.
Dietary logs, consultation summaries, and intake notes are stored securely for a period of six years following the completion of your service to comply with UK professional indemnity insurance and accounting requirements. General enquiry records that do not proceed to a booking are deleted after twelve months.
Your personal and nutritional data is strictly restricted to our consulting nutritionists and administrative personnel who need the details to deliver your service.
